Yes, H.W.'s post presidential activity shows him to be a bleeding heart RINO - whoever heard of a republican ex to actually do humanitarian anything?

Re. Rice, I saw some of her interviews on this book tour, she's an interesting person. On the one hand, she seems reasonable and willing to co-exist with those with different politics. On the other, her stint at the White House wasn't the first time she's executed policy in a fairly ruthless manner - leaving unclear whether she did so out of efficient duty and loyalty or due to personal political conviction.
