About the only good thing about his presidency was his good manners and grace even with Obama and the hand over. That was actually a bit surprising to me. Oh, and he did leave it better in the sense of more executive power in the office. But, hey, he found it in peace time with a good economy and a government running a surplus, and he left it... by all appearances glad he could leave it.
