His premise: That in weight loss, pure calorie counting is what matters most -- not the nutritional value of the food.

The premise held up: On his "convenience store diet," he shed 27 pounds in two months.

But has he shown that diet alone and not diet and excercise?
Ahh, what do I care. I don't quote/unquote excercise nor eat only Twinkies and look... Ok. Bad example.

As bad as Jarad. Lost a ton eating Subway. Oh, did he mention he started walking also? Could it be that may have helped more than just eating Subway "sandwiches"? (And I use that term very, very, very loosely.)
