Michael Bay Should Sue The Chinese CCTV

I don't know what is more ridiculous that the CCTV would steal a scene from Top Gun for a report on the Chinese Air Force or the suggestion that the Chinese would train dog fighting using live missles and proudly broadcast the losers on state television.

Wasn't the president of China just here promising stronger IP protection last week?

WTF China?!?!?

Also, why would Michael Bay sue? He had nothing to do with Top Gun. Maybe Tony Scott ought to sue YOU...

Lulz, if Tony Scott is a pentaxian please accept my most humble apology. I don't know why I thought Top Gun was a Michael Bay movie.

I can't do anything about it but I think it would be funny to see someone hold their feet to the fire and just embarrass them for copyright infringement. CCTV broadcasts in the US too so I think they could easily sue them in the US courts.
