Pretty nasty all right. The area around Innisvale is nearly flooded at the best of times.
Still, I guess all we have to worry about is a snow storm...

We've tried that. Note the warning from the police in the following "The incident led police to warn that blow-up dolls were not recognised floatation devices."

Meanwhile, in the state of Victoria, the largest floods in recorded history are receding as they flow towards the north and west and bushfires are causing stock and property losses in the east. Back to normal.

We're thankful at least that the devastation that was expected in the area between Cairns and Townsville was not as bad as predicted.
