LOL

I have a couple of Medium formats, the most frequent question i'll get from younger canikonians is how many mega pixels is that thing? not sure there is really a good answer, usually it's as many as i want depending on how i scan it flatbed, dedicated film (ie nikon) imacon, or drum. even though you may scan at slightly lower dpi on a drum you will get far superior colour dr and sharpness. a top fight drum scan is indistinguishable from a transparency. problem is they cost a bomb so typically i flatbed scan to proof and go to rent an imacon for close to best and will only send out for drum scans on a rare ocxcasion. for b/w i do the flatbed for proofing and web and wet print anything else

No worries: as a photog, just look like you get treated as baby-faced all the time and really don't have time to go through it again.

If you can carry that, age is no barrier, till pesky tax forms and stuff come along.

Just learn to look like you've already seen too much....today, and never,, ever believe it, and there you are.

Some won't admit it, but everyone was young, once, (at least) more or less.

Somewhere, somewhen I recall the recipe for seeming (at least!) to be a REAL Photographer:

"Wear a leather jacket, carry a Pentax, and project a snotty attitude." Obviously this was quite a while ago....

The results so far are a lot more even throughout than I thought they would be. Interesting!

28 years old for now. Came upon Pentax by way of the Samsung Gx-1s. And you pentaxians think YOU'RE discriminated against!!!

got the samsung because it was just released and got pretty good reviews online and was a good bit cheaper than anything else that I could imagine getting. So in other words, I just got lucky!

I'd like to meet the one who's older than god (hopefully he's not Chuck Norris himself).
I'm 18 by the way, and I chose Pentax from all the other manufacturers because the lenses were cheaper.
