Nobody is ever going to take Tea Party Republican Michele Bachmann seriously in her bid for the presidency, not even most conservatives. Why? Simply put, the Minnesota Republican is a political minefield of exposable falsehoods. And now, along with easily refuted falsehoods, she has -- during a speech in South Carolina -- suggested that the tax code system -- which she referred to as a "weapon of mass destruction" -- be given to Fox News personality Glenn Beck for him to solve by using his chalkboard.

Well, with unlimited and unaccountable corporate contributions to election campaigns, don't forget, who *knows* what's possible.

But, yeah, she'd never be electable outside a state, ...a lot of these types mostly get elected cause some people will vote for *anything or anybody* that says they'll save them from property tax increases.

At a recent gathering in South Carolina, the site of a crucial early presidential primary next year, party activists said the former Alaska governor didn't have the experience, the knowledge of issues or the ability to get beyond folksy slang and bumper-sticker generalities that they think is needed to win and govern.

Many are shopping for someone else. They're looking at Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., for example, and seeing what they call a smarter, more experienced candidate who's equally as conservative.

"Sarah Palin with a brain," said Gail Moore, a Republican from Columbia.
