Who uses Twitter?

I am a K200D shooter and someone who really likes Twitter. However, what I've noticed is that I can find no active Twitter users who shoot Pentax.

I'm just curious if any of you use Twitter? If so, I'd like to hear from you.

I don't say much about Pentax specifically, but I do about photography and my photography blog in general.

There is of course @pentaxian which I follow. (Pentax USA's official twitter).

I use twitter but am only sporadically active and it rarely relates back to my pictures, more i use it for following the music industry and get very active with it when shooting North By North East as the secret shows get tweeted there

I don't Tweet--just following Howard Stern, Steve Martin, Sarah Silverman, and Gilbert Gottfried.

I am there as well and talk Pentax sometimes but mostly life stuff and then area I live in feel free to follow @patbrough also search hashtags #Pentax or #photography to find others

Always, fun to see people knock something they have never tried ;-) justsayin I have met (virtually) a ton great photographers or local people in general I never would have if not for twitter.

I'm no stranger to commo, having trained and worked in both civilian and military radio. (Call me The RATTman!) Other than corporate intranets, I've been online to the digital world since 1980. Since then, I have run BBS's and elists. I have been named An Asset To The Internet. I have moderated megafora, both my own and those I was invited onto. I have published several personal and group blogs and online journals. I have MySpace'd and FaceBook'd and otherwise social.net'd.

But no more. I now choose to limit my communications to a few selected fora, and email, and the stinking cellphone when absolutely necessary. I feel no need to constantly inform the world of my doings, nor read of others' doings. If you need to get me a message, send a carrier pigeon. I like pigeon stew.

How do you know people haven't tried it? The original question was who "uses" twitter, not who has tried it.

Gotta admit even though i have an account i barely use it with the exception mentioned. it's the second time i had an account there. killed the first one as it did nothing for me
have accounts all over (myspace,FB,Twitter,Garagepunk.com,Deviant art,Flickr, RFF,PF,Apug,BUG) the only ones i use regularly are PF,FB,Flickr. the rest i'm lucky if i look in monthly for the most part and a couple i should just close down altogether
