Looks more like a weird mating ritual. Is this where Smart cars come from?

I can't tell where the license plate is from, but I'm betting somewhere well south of the Mason-Dixon line.

It's a New York plate. As Jogiba pointed out, it was in Owego, NY just west of Binghamton, NY a few miles north of the PA border.

Right. Down here below the Mason-Dixon Line, we'd use velcro.

nah, wed use a damn tow truck, or pull the parts needed and put them in the back of the truck.

I read that it's from somewhere south of North Dakota. Oh, that's right, it was South Dakato.

This looks like one of those Ford vs Chevy stunts. If I recall, they did this in a commercial several years ago. They loaded tons of crap on a Ford and the frame broke and they put the Ford with the load on the Chevy and it drove away, with the little disclaimer of "Don't try this at home" at the bottom of the screen.
