Adorama: Shipping Slow?

Hi All,
Has anyone ordered from Adorama lately? I put in an order for two lenses and some misc other items and it didn't ship as of this morning. I thought they generally had a policy to ship same day if the order was in by 6? I have a rebate that's counting on the items shipping by the 30th of this month (I know cutting it close) and I don't want to miss that date/I need the gear for a trip I'm taking in two weeks. I'm just wondering if I should be calling to cancel and order through B&H before it's too late? Anyone have a recent experience? Thanks!

They may be backed up for a day due to the recent Passover holiday - like B&H

Did we mention we've got like our own service reps from B&H and Adorama here?

I dunno, Helen, it seems someone turns up every year somehow expressing *great* befuddlement about the holiday breaks.

Don't worry, I understand that's supposed to be a *good* thing in this case.

(Well, if you aren't like the first born male of an Egyptian or something to that effect, in which case I suggest trying your luck on Amazon.com. Which actually sounds a little dubious now that I phrase it that way, maybe just go to Bromfield St.
