Originally posted by K-9 Scottie, it seems you got away with it before they corrected things, but it definitely is not supposed to be that price as it's now temporarily out of stock, and listed at $449 and then a $200 rebate. I wonder if either Adorama or BandH saw the incorrect listing on the other ones site, then tried to price match it on theirs, then one or the other realized they were price matching an incorrect listing? Weird they would both have it incorrect, unless they got incorrect info from Canon.
Several people on the interwebs indicated they called B&H and confirmed the price before ordering. B&H even had some web site trouble and once fixed, made sure the deal was still in place. Either way, I was billed $249, the printer has shipped and the rebate is downloaded. It seems odd to me that, at least for B&H, it was a mistake with so many people verifying the deal both by email as well as by phone.
