Alas, I've read that intelligence is only 30% inheritable. (Smart parents still produce dumb kids and vice-versa.) So, contrary to DARWIN AWARD doctrine, dummies killing themselves off before reaching breeding age do NOT clean up the genepool and increase general IQ. Too bad -- were it otherwise, we'd all be focking geniuses by now, eh?
