I have a similar one [ Amazon.com: Digital Concepts Ps-101 Portable Lighting Studio ] that was a gift. You can get it used on Amazon for US$24. I use mine constantly, for all eBay product shots and other small/close work. I often supplement the lights -- those included are a good start, but not sufficient for some work -- and may also put very thin gauze on tops and sides to diffuse light more. But I find it indispensable for close shooting. This CowboyStudio model looks like a good deal for US$40 new.
