true blue has my vote.... easier on the old eyeballs ... red is too striking, green to subtle imho...... is it possible for the forum member to opt for the color of choice? i.e. such as in gmail or hotmail..... dave m

green, definetely. That's a colour I connect to Pentax. Red is Nikon/Canon, Pentax is not blue.

Green's best. Blue looks faded, red looks old-fashioned. But what do I know?

I'm still with green, (like I was a few minutes ago,) but it occurs to me that red might have a fairer chance if it was toned down a notch or three.

Color 3

I like the green, color 3, feels like the old pentaxforums, and the other to just look like all the other forums on the net.

Of the ones presented, I prefer the blue. I would actually love to see something with a black background, as that is so much easier on the eyes. I know you guys may think that is too derivative of the other guys, but hey, they had to do something right, right?
Black background is my favourite, that's my default setting over at Rangefinder forum and I find it much easier to read then any of the options here (the photos posted generally look much nicer against a black background as well)

that being said of the 3 choices my favourite is 1, then 2 then 3 .... never was a big green fan

anything but green

I like the red best, followed by the blue. The green is harder to read (for me)

Nice look, good job!

I have had my default colour as red in the current version, so Red is my choice, of course.

Thanks.

Like some others, my eyes seem a bit stressed by so much color. I find myself wishing there was more black lettering to break up the color. But I do like red as the default.

My vote is for the green. It has been my setup color for ages, and it feels familiar to me. It is calm, balanced and nice! Great work folks!

Prefer #2 (Red) but like the green too. I just wish there was not so much real estate lost to the header, comparison ad. and stickies.

Edit. Just noticed you can click away the Comparison Ad. area. Excellent.

Default Colour

Green is easiest on the eye and I believe will encourage the least eye strain

I suppose, keep in mind, ....if I'm not much mistaken, people can still choose if they want to make an account and change settings: This is about the *default* color.
