newbie needs help with flikr

I created a flikr account using an old yahoo account. I have uploaded two photos to it.
whenever I try to log into flikr it sends me to a popup that asks me for my yahoo information. I enter my username and password and then it sends me to a screen asking me to create an account.

Is there any of you flikr guru's that can help me with this? flikr shouldnt be so hard to use.

The username is valid. It redirects me to a page that says my e-mail is already associated with the username on flikr and then tells me to re-login to yahoo via a link. when I click on that link it redirects me to a login screen for yahoo, the username is already there, I enter my password and the cycle starts again.

Use the Help by Email link on the Flickr help page. I'm sure they would be better able to provide help than anyone here.

Just abandon the account and start a new one. You're only two photos into it.
