Yawn, guilt by association BS propaganda...

BTW, shooz, what does 'Deficits don't matter' Dick have to do with the Tea Party?

There is no denying that some racism still exists in this country and those white supremacists that are out there hate Obama, but he has not been a very good president and even the congressional black caucus has been getting criticized for handling Obama's shortcomings with kid gloves. Any attempt to force his critics to walk on eggshells because of his race is going to fail. Obama's critics on the left and the right have legitimate reasons to be critical of him and the color of his skin will not act as a shield from that criticism.

Again you miss the point that when Congress and a bunch of angry white racists want you to fail , your pretty much assured you will fail...........

As usual you didn't pay any head to what I was responding to.

Yawn--------another attempt to pretend teabaggers aren't primarily racist. Same old pab I've heard from right wingers for years.

I have yet to hear you attack Boehner for his insolence.
I have yet to hear you express any doubt about Paul, or his son.

No, no just the same old same old.
Democrats bad, black one is the worst yet.
Republicans, always good, no matter what.
Phony libertarians, even better.

Go ahead, make my day respond to the running thread of teabaggery.

Just one time, admit that most of the shortcomings you speak of are about Obama trying to actually act like he is a representative in a Democracy.
I know it seems a little strange after 8 years of Mr. bush pretending it wasn't, or finding ways around it to benefit his benefactors.
But then isn't that what libertarianism is really all about?

Rob from whoever you can!!!!
Just make it legal.

Nothing directly, that I know of.
Are you going to deny that he is a libertarian at heart?

Isn't it enough that the man has done a questionable job since he got into office? Who cares what skin color he has? It's completely irrelevant. He's a lousy president, period. Cheney is a total jackass but he does have a bit of a point here. Look at how Clinton has performed her job over the past few years and look at how Obama has. Makes you wonder how she would have done in the Oval Office doesn't it? It's a pity we'll never know know because of course the deal with her getting her current job was that she wouldn't run again. There are a lot of people I think who now second guess that decision to vote Obama in and Clinton out. Too late, shrug.

My understanding of the American political system is that it was designed from the start to not allow very much power to be exercised by any one person. Something about shaking off the trappings of being ruled by a Monarch who has complete authority or some such.
Anyway, my point is that it seems to me that one of your Presidents can only do what he is allowed to do, and the Republicans haven't really been allowing very much by hijacking the process.
Your former Republican president did everything he could to lay waste to your country, and the present Republican politicians are doing their level best to put a bullet into America's heart as soon as possible so that they can blame a Democrat President for the demise.
They can blame whomever they want, but dead is still dead, and that is where your country is heading.

The difference is Obama has has the Tea Party and Congress to deal with. Hillary's only had the Taliban, Ahmedinejad, the Arab League etc.

Opinion of the day.. ;)

QuoteQuote:
Just as a light weight object put into a glass of water will float to the top, no matter how long racism has been festering in their bodies, confronted with a president of African descent, the covert racism rises to the top. All of the subliminal messages weighing them down for years since infancy, now surface; and unabashedly, they would rather see this Nation, this Democratic Republic crumble as long as they can blame this Black man and cause his Waterloo!

This is not my position. This is not my inference. This is exactly what some of these racists legislators have said.

So you need a GOP (albeit ex) to spell it out for you..............

QuoteQuote:
You can probably guess who those people are. Above all, anyone not likely to vote Republican. As Sarah Palin would imply, the people who are not Real Americans. Racial minorities. Immigrants. Muslims. Gays. Intellectuals. Basically, anyone who doesn't look, think, or talk like the GOP base. This must account, at least to some degree, for their extraordinarily vitriolic hatred of President Obama. I have joked in the past that the main administration policy that Republicans object to is Obama's policy of being black.[2] Among the GOP base, there is constant harping about somebody else, some "other," who is deliberately, assiduously and with malice aforethought subverting the Good, the True and the Beautiful: Subversives. Commies. Socialists. Ragheads. Secular humanists. Blacks. Fags. Feminazis. The list may change with the political needs of the moment, but they always seem to need a scapegoat to hate and fear.

It is not clear to me how many GOP officeholders believe this reactionary and paranoid claptrap. I would bet that most do not. But they cynically feed the worst instincts of their fearful and angry low-information political base with a nod and a wink. During the disgraceful circus of the "birther" issue, Republican politicians subtly stoked the fires of paranoia by being suggestively equivocal - "I take the president at his word" - while never unambiguously slapping down the myth. John Huntsman was the first major GOP figure forthrightly to refute the birther calumny - albeit after release of the birth certificate.

I do not mean to place too much emphasis on racial animus in the GOP. While it surely exists, it is also a fact that Republicans think that no Democratic president could conceivably be legitimate.

Like I said, I admit I've heard them actually say it.
That's not telepathy---------------------that's real life.

Do you really mean the lottery that was set up to pay for the schools?
I suppose it's telepathy to reveal that much of that money never made it there, and inner city schools suffered the most.

Peter Brimelow, a columnist for News Corp.'s MarketWatch, has been announced as one of three speakers at a press conference discussing "Why the GOP Must Win White America for Victory in 2012."

The press release explains:

On September 9, The National Policy Institute will present a comprehensive, yet simple, strategy for a Republican victory in 2012--Win the White vote. "The Majority Strategy" is based on the GOP expanding its traditional White voting base, as opposed to continuing its failed "outreach" programs to racial minorities.

Peter Brimelow of VDARE.com, radio host James Edwards, Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, and NPI's Richard Spencer will speak.

The conference will take place from 1:30 to 3 PM in The National Press Club's Holeman Lounge.

NPI will also release two detailed reports, the first of which summarizes the Majority Strategy and is available online for download.

The event is being presented by the National Policy Institute (NPI), which describes itself as "promot[ing] the American majority's unique historical, cultural, and biological inheritance--and advances policies that, without prejudicing the legitimate rights of others, fearlessly defends our rights... our heritage."

Brimelow is the editor and publisher of VDARE.com, which features the writings of white nationalists and supremacists while arguing against non-white immigration. Brimelow has written that "[d]iversity is not strength. It is, in important respects, repression" and wrote a fundraising appeal that was headlined, "Coming White Minority? Help VDARE.COM Now!"

Jared Taylor is described by the Anti-Defamation League as promoting "the idea that racial segregation is 'natural' and society is best organized along racially homogenous lines;" James Edwards is the host of a "pro-white" radio show; and Richard Spencer has been described by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a "white nationalist."

An NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll of 1,000 U.S. adults showed Obama's overall job approval rating at a low of 44 percent, down 3 percentage points since July, while his handling of the economy stands at 37 percent.
I guess they must all be racists.

QuoteQuote:
An ABC News/Washington Post poll of U.S. adults showed that six in 10 Americans rate the president's job on the economy and jobs negatively, while one in three say they are now worse off financially since Obama entered the White House. It has a 3.5 percentage point margin of error.
If only they happily welcomed their new liberal overlords with open arms.

A third poll of 1,000 likely voters by Washington-based Politico and George Washington University found that 72 percent of voters believe the country is either strongly or somewhat headed in the wrong direction, a jump of 12 percent since last May. That survey's results have a 3.1 percentage point error margin.
More racists.

QuoteQuote:
But for the first time in that poll, Obama lost out to a generic Republican candidate by 44 percent to 40 percent, which could suggest a serious campaign obstacle given the bleak economic picture.
I guess they didn't get the memo that it was the Tea Party's fault.

And is not the exact opposite true for the likes of you? Really, you're following the same "language and framing" playbook and just changing the names.
