Bystanders save biker from beneath burning car

After a collision with a car, a motorcyclist is trapped under the car which caught fire when the bike's gas tank ruptured and spilled gasoline. Numerous bystanders worked together and lifted the car enough for another rescuer to pull the man from beneath the car.

Bravo to the bystanders that took action (instead of standing on the sidelines, worrying about a lawsuit)! Good to hear these kinds of stories. Hope the injured biker pulls through.

That situation appeared hopeless, and in a matter of seconds, the biker was rescued. Wow. Shows you what people are capable of in a time of need!

The BMW driver pulls out of a parking lot into the path of a motorcycle then stands there in his suit watching real people save the MC rider but he will be charged with failing to yield right of way.

Yeah, he looked like he couldn't care less what was going on. Well, he cared about whatever damage was done to his car, I guess.

Great to see people coming together to do something really awesome!

Yes, this is a nice story, especially because the biker is stable in the hospital and expected to recover. His family has spent a lot of time publicly thanking the rescuers.

(This happened about an hour north of my home.)
