What did you get for Christmas?

I know it's a bit early, but I wanted to claim the topic tongue

So, what did Santa bring you for Christmas? And have you entered in our giveaway so he can bring you more?

1. CLA for my eyes (Scheduled cataract surgery)
2. Late model, Eric CLA'ed LX from gabriel_bc through the Marketplace.
It came yesterday and I asked my wife, "Do you want to wrap this?" She replied, "Just open it. And I'll go buy the dishwasher," which replaces our 25-year-old model that still works but is, for some reason, no longer satisfactory.

We do have wrapped, thoughtful surprise presents under a tree for tomorrow morning and everything. This was somehow a sort of meta-present exchange.

Still can't quite believe she accepted that trade, but hey, if it works, it works.

So far just three things, a little Gothic music box based on an Anne Stokes art piece and 2 computer games, Angry Birds and Bejeweled 3. I love the first one but I think the other two are going to be a problem. I've been at them for about 6 hours maybe a bit more and so far I've played 19 levels of Angry Birds and something like 27 of the Bejeweled. I sat down with them today meaning to play for half an hour each and the next thing I know it was 2-3 hours later. Oops...laugh. I'm not usually much of a game person except maybe for playing the odd game of Scrabble but I think I could get really addicted to these little time wasters. I'm going to have to get me a kitchen timer to let me know when I have to quit otherwise at the rate I am going they could very well find me sitting at my keyboard all dusty and skeletal someday... ;P

Wait, I forgot...I did buy myself 2 bigger fashion dolls, those I got a while back but they are supposed to be a holiday thing so technically, those too!

Loving messages from both children who can't be here today; a lamb from my wife (the lamb's actually going to Mozambique via Oxfam; and a D-FA 100mm f2.8 macro WR from me.
Cheers and Happy Christmas.

Picked up a used GF2 last week in lieu of gifts; Infamous 2 for the PS3 (from a blowout sale at Rogers Video closing up shop). Other than that, shouldn't be too much more...
