Santa Clause came and went. No Photography equipment for me.

But,

He did leave me the three book set.

"The Complete Calvin and Hobbes".

Which I was very excited and happy to get.

He left my Daughter a K100D w/18-55 kit and Tamron 70-300.

Looks like we both made out pretty good.

Same here; but I did get one of those nifty electronic picture frames. I'll have some fun setting that up tomorrow.

Sounds like you guys had a good day!

He left me some Hi Tech ND Grad filters and a Cokin P filter holder. I was very very happy!

What a coincidence. Santa Claus brought me almost the identical thing.

A Hi-Tech GND filter, Cokin "P" holder along with 52, 62 & 67mm adapter rings.

Small world.

I got the 50mm 1.4 lens for my K100d I've been coveting. It was a complete surprise.
I also got a book on digital SLR photography which looked interesting. Lots of info on not only digital photography, but the software and techniques to edit the pictures.

Calvin and Hobbes is too cool. No equipment for me, my poor wife is overwhelmed when she looks at the 4 camera bags. But she got me the latest version of Understanding Exposure- Bryan Peterson. been reading all day. Plus the best camera accessory of all for this area. Waterproof winter pants and snowshoes. Happy camper here!!

I got lucky this year. One DA 18-250 and a Canon S5 IS. I got myself the fisheye zoom..so I guess that doesn't count.

I was treated very well by Santa. A Sigma ef-530 DG Super, Lowepro AW 200, and a mono pod. Not to bad I think!

No photo stuff, but got a refurbished open-box laptop that I stuck my Pentax Browser, Photo Lab, and photo editor on it for "field work". Decided a Wolverine was no "fun".

I got what I wanted this year-seems the misses was tracking my recently visited pages on the ole interweb browser. Better watch myself from now on!

I got the Sigma 14mm f/2.8 Super Wide from her (she got steps for her truck from me), and bought myself the Dicain Vertical Grip.
Very impressed by both; makes my *ist DL2 into a whole different camera.
