Compact Discs

My CD collection looked that blank for a long, long, time. Late-adopter of tech that I am. I remember buying one in like 1996 or so, anyway, don't think I owned anything to play it on, myself. I recall putting together a thrift-store-and-trashpick rack system with a CD player a little before Y2K, anyway.

I started that to reserve a spot for future posts. I may just start a separate thread once I get to the digital.
Stay tuned to see which of these two mediums I have most titles.

I'll give you the answer to that hopefully sometime in December.

I take a few liberties in my alphabetical listings. It's just an order that I can remember easily for whatever reasons. I just thought in alpha-numeric orders that numbers, not the spelling of numbers, should come after the alphabet.
And other issues such as should ABC come before Adams, Bryan or should 30 Seconds To Mars come before 3?

Further, I have isolated the albums of The Beatles and John, Paul, George and Ringo unto themselves but I will order them alphabetically for the purpose of this activity.

I guess I will find out how many times I can go back and edit the original post. Adam, do you know of any restrictions?

As far as I know, it's indefinite. (I do make a lot of typoes sometimes. Honor system about any factual errors. )

I'm sure I will put that to the test. My original post could be edited close to 300 times over the next several months.

Updated. The project continues. And I fear that long about the middle of the "C's", I will have lost all but one interested reader. Hmmm.

Updated with yesterday and today's Chet Atkins sessions. Some of my oldest original pressings going back only to 1956 and 1961 as part of his discography.

Here is a bump for the "Bs".
Some repeated listening of a few of these albums from The Babys and Bad Company with Head First and Desolation Angels respectively.

Starting The Beatles portion of my records. I'm partial to the Capitol releases so they come first.
