Not particularly,: the little holes are full of bullets. This weapon is clearly in a loaded state. *tucking giant mutant daisy in there. * Some things just aren't down to luck.

Which reference actually does depend on being uncertain whether or not a revolver has a live round in it. I'm actually from America, you realize. I was making another movie reference, which said, 'The little holes are empty.' Was that 'A Fish Called Wanda?' Or wherever I got that. ) (of course I was actually trained on that frame of Smith and Wesson since I was so high, so I'm not that naive: the point was... It's clear . Very little question if the next chamber is empty. Look at it. That's not some macho roulette: it's clearly loaded. Deliver mail accordingly. ) The whole point of the Dirty Harry reference isn't 'I have a big gun' it's about "I'm pointing a big gun at you which may or may not be empty, thus this is a contest of nerves.'

(Actually, that's part of why that's a really obnoxious thing to put on the side of the road: some of us been on the other end of em before, too. I assure you, I don't need that. )
