"The indoctrination that occurs in American universities is one of the keys to the left's holding and maintaining power in America."

This is one of the funniest things I've read in politics. Read it again, but substitute "education" for "indoctrination". That's how his statement reads to me. I've always thought of the Republican party as uneducated rednecks and wealthy white men. Blocking higher education would help shore up the ignorant right vote.

I don't believe I've ever heard of a politician arguing against education, it's absolutely stupifying. Santorum needs his brain washed.
