Does this mean every woman who conceives but doesn't manage to implant is a murderer?

How about if they passed a law that said that life begins 24 hours after birth?

At least a manslaughterer; a miscarriage also

If she moves or visits out of state, does that make her a kidnapper?

Do they remain a person if they're born queer?

Seriously, this is imposing a particular theology (and denialist science) onto the bodies of private citizens. The war on women continues.

Gods know it was bad enough when the Church and big Pharma shamed all kinds of women into dosing folks like me and my sister with dangerous endocrine disruptors over miscarriages, what now, they want to prosecute?

A human life begins when we're damn good and ready. Not when some dude spoos in the general direction of an ovum.

The 'traditional definition' was always quickening, not some abstraction designed to make contraception a 'sin' or 'murder.'

A mother knows. That means it's not rightfully up to the Republican Party, Vatican City, a TV preacher, Pfizer, or Trojan Quality Control Department.

And I *will* put on a shawl and talk about how that profanes *my* freedom of religion if you like. Motherhood is *sacred,* not the property of the Oklahoma State Legislature.

If she drinks, smokes, eats sushi, or engages in dangerous activities she is a child abuser and the state should move the fetus, neigh person, to a foster surrogate.

In California, being pregnant does not allow you access to the carpool lane.

For other reasons, that might not be the worst idea ever, actually, but politics...

Reality: While Oklahoma does this in the name of 'Pro-Life' the GOP's trying to call breast-feeding a 'job-killer'

War. On. Women. Exactly what the Baggers even here were swearing up and down they *wouldn't* do with that 'No right-wing-social-agenda, this is just about our (bad) tax policy!)

Toldya so. I'm getting too old to enjoy saying that.

It's funny how conservatives want to protect the fetus but love killing humans.

Actually, Oklahoma hasn't "passed" that bill. Only its senate has passed the measure. Like the U.S. government, most states require passage by two houses and signature by the governor before the state as enacted the law.
