Palin: Our Country’s Prosperity May Depend On Smearing Obama With Rev. Wright

QuoteQuote:
Sarah Palin, probably the most highly paid inconsequential figure in the 2012 election, took to the Hannity show airwaves last night and joined the chorus of Fox News pundits longing to use Rev. Jeremiah Wright to make race-based attacks on President Obama. But Palin went to ridiculous new lengths when she argued that “putting everything on the table” is necessary, “if we want to continue to be exceptional and prosperous and secure, and the most generous country in the entire world.”

Romney “needs to forcefully and candidly and proudly defend his record,” Palin said. “That’s why we don’t want to take it off the table, we don’t want to take anything off the table.” She was referring to Romney's call for Republicans not to use Wright as part of a smear campaign against Obama.

Sean Hannity, a race baiter who pals around with a guy who thanks God for slavery, said he thought bringing up Rev. Wright is “relevant.”

Palin agreed. She boasted about how, in 2008, “I went rogue, if you will,” and brought up “past associations and Rev. Wright and Bill Ayers and those that helped shape Obama’s world view.” Of course, she forgot to mention that her behavior in 2008 has made her the GOP poster child for how not to pick a Vice Presidential candidate.

But now, the woman who didn’t know what the Bush Doctrine was and couldn’t name a single newspaper she reads, told a fawning Hannity that Obama was “an empty vessel” when he ran for president. “The public did not know what or who filled this vessel,” she said. But take heart, America, it’s not too late to find out “who are the radicals, the Marxist professors… he said he’d like to hang out with.”

She has wanted to go down that road since 2008. And this from a person whose own long-time pastors at the church she has attended since she was 12 have uttered gems which make Rev. Wright look fair and balanced.
