Don't know what all the fuss is about. For the last three or four days, the "weather girl" on my thermometer has been running around with a halter top, bare midriff, and skin-tight knee-high slacks (around 50-55°F). Indeed, the weather in this area has been very mild for the last couple of years (blistery cold the year before that). We should have a warming spell (60-65°F) towards the end of February before the rainy season sets in. By the end of March or early April, the temperatures should just about be warm enough for sunbathing in the parks, short skirts on the ladies, and riding around on my scooter (my favorite means of around town transportation in the summer).
