So, where are these 'job creators' that blame Obama when life goes on despite their obstructionism and ever-mounting greed, even after getting their way?

The spike in disability correlated with the expiration of unemployment benefits. So, basically we are dealing with fraud.

The number of workers receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) jumped 22 percent to 8.7 million in April from 7.1 million in December 2007, Social Security data show. That helps explain as much as one quarter of the decline in the U.S. labor-force participation rate during the period, according to economists at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Morgan Stanley.

Or, people who were eligible to collect weren't, until (for example) a spouse lost his/her job.

The process for SSDI is so incredibly messed up and nebulous and corrupt, that it's hard to gauge how well it's working, relative to it's intention.

And with a McCain/Palin administration we would all be rich.

Yeah. Over 1 million people just so happened to file just as the unemployment benefits expired.

I never said it was solely the explanation. As always, there are many factors.

Well we're making progress, at least now it isn't Bush's fault.

Well, it is, along with Ronnie, Bubba, GHWB, BHO and all of their various frenemies.

Heck, we could probably go all the way back to John Adams, the first POTUS who belonged to a political party.

Right, the brain dead Republicans with Mitt Romney will throw money at the Rich and hope they will give people great jobs with Health Care.
