In case I misunderstood the meaning of your question “what do you want,” here’s my second choice. A pair of Wilson Alexandria LXF speakers, weighing in at 655 pounds apiece, and costing about $195,000. Sadly, I am not all that confident I’ll ever have that want satisfied:

I would simply want my family and friends to feel better about themselves, to get along and for my children and future grandchildren, nieces, nephews etc to have a chance at a decent life.

And I extend my family and friends to cover everyone.

Finally, for my 55th + 5 hour birthday (the exact time of the 12/21/2012 event): I want the Buddhists to be proven right and to achieve their wishes.

I agree with you about diminishing returns. Even if I had that kind of money to spend on speakers, I would try to find something that sounded close for a lot less dollars. The speakers:
