How many photo books do you have?

Art, technical, how-to whatever.

Just don't count magazines and instruction manuals. Count e-books.

How many photo books do you have?

26 - and I haven't read any of them yet.

Why? Because I waste too much time on the forums and then get caught up doing other things.

I like the pix in them. Flip through them. The tech books I read in spurts or look up topics.

I have so many it makes me blush to admit it. 150+ doesn't even begin to cover it, cough. I have tons of graphics books and photo books to read. I'm a total bookworm. I barely watch TV. Sometimes I play a computer game for an hour or two but mostly I read several books every night or watch photo or craft videos when I am not actually doing crafts or taking photos. These days it's all e-books. All my books almost are pdf or epub versions except for a few antique poetry volumes and some rare doll books. I usually scan all new books as I get them to keep them off the shelf, then donate the physical copies to the library.

I have dust mite allergies and besides which I need the book shelves for displaying dolls. Those I clean and change out a lot so dust doesn't have much time to build up. But there's no doing that with books here. They will get dusty, attract mites so I keep paper books to a minimum. Only keep the really great old or rare books now. I won't ever throw out my 19th century poetry books. They're in a bookshelf with a glass door to keep dust off, but the latest paperback thriller? Or photo book? That always gets scanned and donated. I really do love gilted antique books though so it's hard for me to pass those up. I used to have a huge collection of those but now I only have the ones I really, really treasure like an 1812 Byron. I sold most of them off a while back. I only have about a dozen or so now.
