Has this story got anything to do with: snopes.com: Obama Required Banks to Lend Money to Poor People

To me it looks more like the lawsuit was about banks declining mortgages to black people, where they would approve the mortgage of a white applicant with the exact same financial situation. The article also makes it look like Obama spearheaded the action, which of course he did not. Unless I am missing something.
