I've just gone a bit up in the world of pay as you go phones. My aunt bought a new Trac at Target but decided once home that she wanted a less complicated model. She went back and bought the $10 model and I got a $45 phone as my new toy. It's all touch screen, like my Cruz tablet. Has an Mp3 player and a decent camera. Tap keyboard et all. LG8000G model.
This is it:
A little fancier than I am used to but since it came for free I'm not complaining. I can learn this puppy. No problem, in fact I almost have. Oh, and it came with triple minutes. I got 370 minutes and 150 days worth of service too. Not bad. I love that. Being able to buy a 60 minute card actually means I'm getting 180 minutes at a pop. That's a lot for me as I hardly use my phone compared to most people. I don't text or email on my phone so I doubt I'll have to add minutes till Feb when my days run out.
My parents now have my other basic phone with 900 mins on that one that I never used. I'm not going to mess too much with things. I've got all my numbers in already. Eh, in the end it's just a phone, but it is a rather pretty little phone. My aunt is probably not going to care for my new ringtones or my wallpaper though. I've got Freddy Krueger (Englund) as the wallpapers and 2 tones I made from New Nightmare's OST for my rings. I also put on the theme from X-files and the one from Tales From the Crypt, lol....
