That is from a 3rd party seller on Amazon and if you want to be safe just stick with Amazon since they have the best customer service of any online company I have purchased from.

The first red flag which would stop me in my tracks is payment to be made by Western Union.

Amazon is great - I will buy from third party sellers at times but only if it says "sold by xxxx - fulfilled by Amazon"

I suppose you can always try reporting them via the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Since no money was lost technically no crime has been committed though.
