Given that it retracts underground, I would think so.

That is not a television or something the average wealthy Joe is going to buy, but a one off video monitor.

Just in case there is confusion... the TV described in JHD's OP is not the same as the monster jumbotron screen that jogiba posted...

So how much is that Porsche TV ? I bet there will be millions of average Joes watching the HDTV at Charlotte Motor Speedway during it's lifetime compared to a few rich folks watching that Porsche TV.
