welp, my Christmas present to me from me was a Sigma 30mm F1.4 EX DC. Sorta violated my rules that Idon't buy anything but brand name lenses,
but couldn't resist the black Friday sale on this item. Pretty slick for taking photos of the grand kids in a dark house. I've over time spent a lot of money on long
glass but my bag was pretty shallow in tricks for short/fast...

I predict you will not regret this buy! Sigma lenses can be great.

WG-2

Got a red Optio WG-2 to replace my WPi. The WG2 is somewhat larger but that's a fair price to pay since it can stay submerged much longer than the WPi!

Now I just need that snorkelig trip to go with it

Besides having my whole family spend Christmas in Arizona with us, I got a Cotton Carrier equivalent. The carrier is great for having the camera at the ready when I go hiking.

I gave my son a tripod and a spanky new K5 along with a bag full of 10 legacy lenses I shopped for for almost a year; he was amazed. My awesome boss and his wife gave me a Sony DSC RX100--I was totally bowled-over-surprised.

Merry Christmas, guys.

I brought ASUS Transformer TF300T tablet. Now I am looking for a software that can transmit images from the camera in real time. I don't know if it exists yet.
@ohce eyefi card, they have apps for computer or tablets or cloud. works well with k01 as you never have to open that rubber card door.

I too fell for that Black Friday sale.

The only photographic gift I got this Christmas (not including gifts for myself ) is this:

Got a Velocity 7x sling bag from my girlfriend, in order to accommodate my K-30 with the newest addition, the DA 55-300. Can't wait for the spring to come and try it during my motorcycle rides.
Happy holidays!

Alex

Thanks for the thread, and I hope that you get lots of opportunity to enjoy the membership.

I received a surprise from a buddy of mine. A pristine "Fotosnaiper" FS-12-3 kit complete. These are bad times to be seen in public with the grip attached, but I will definately be loading the Tair-3S onto my K10.

Take care all, and I hope that everyone had a safe holiday.
