One hell of a shot!
I think I need to look for some sort of fabric...
My main problem is to find a place I can put my watch on/find a way to make it stand properly. The leather isn't strong enough, but also too stiff around the corners. Mh. I need to get creative, I guess...
The watch I wear pretty much every day, for 1 1/2 years now. It's a Jacob Jensen Dimension 843. The metal casing has some blemishes, but the glass is impeccable. Goes to show that a relatively inexpensive watch can be made of high quality materials. I'm also a big fan of the details. The design is full of tiny, almost impossible to see details, visible only under certain angles and light, and it's all rather subtle. Like the way the hands are cut and made so they reflect light in a certain way.
I've built the "studio" from paper, and lit it with my smartphone.
