I sent my design composing of 2 images, one with the design only and other one is the design printed on the shirt. But the one posted is the design only image.
The reason why I sent the design printed on the shirt image is to be able to use it in voting - the one to be posted here in voting, it helps when you see the design on the shirt. I wonder why this is not so.

A great job to all of the artists on these shirts. There were a lot of great choices. I went with 4, 33, and 98 with 18 as an honorable mention. I really do like 4's interpretation of a pentaxforums logo (indeed, I much prefer it to the current one, to be honest), and for the others I liked their minimalist and clean usage of Pentax photographic elements (literally, in the case of 98). I think that makes the shirt much more wearable.

Not all designs were sent that way, so not all qualifying images could be posted that way.

@pentaxior: Nice elaboration and I agree with you on certain arguments. But which also is explained earlier that it is not about a logo but just a new T-shirt design.
For me the 4th design was also the reason as you explained why I thought this was a good design, the subtlety of the design and especially the 'story' behind it as the way it lets you think about why the design is how it is, was the reason for me to put it on my list of favourits. It also let people (that aren't familiar with the forum) think about what it means and represent, thus getting their attention because they don't know...people are curious.

But it isn't catchy enough and some other design are exactly the opposite and really catch your attention. And besides that there are also some designs that combine that catchiness with the key elements of the Pentax brand and what the forum stands for.

That's why I like for instance also #20, 33, 37, 40, 44, 45, 59, 84 and 94. These are clean and catchy designs that represent what Pentaxians are for people, what the brand stands for and also the forum.

And overall I would suggest that #89 is my favourite.

Hey, thanks for liking my #33 'I'm OK' design inspired by the legendary K MOUNT(the O) and new K logo. Just to stir some interest to those who own gears with the classic K logo, I submitted the below (not even sure if I'm allowed to show it here.. wth anyways) tho not selected. For some who wonder or misunderstood why the pentax forum logo or text is not included, that's mainly because the best place is on the left sleeve and the tee graphic being front or back view only, just won't fit that in properly. But it's gonna be there when going to print after I received the 70mm of course!
Thanks admin for the opportunity and hope the best design win nonetheless! Don't take it too seriously guys, none of us own the copyright to begin with. It's suppose to be fun & obviously this type of contest is hardly the kind of voting in real politics. Let's bear with the imperfection & simplicity of it!

You could have just listed all the submissions and worked out the kinks later on. Not political, just stinks to come up with an idea and then it isn't listed here because maybe it wont print right. This was not meant for Bliss.

This has been done in the past. Unfortunately working out the kinks later isn't as easy as it seems. Imagine picking a winner and then finding out it won't work? Or has to be re designed to work?

The rules/criteria were extremely vague. Some things might be general knowledge to those who have designed shirts before but I saw a lot of designs that would prove difficult to print in reality without some special machine. Like the ones that have things going around the edges/sides of the shirt. I assumed that it would be confined to the front and back of the shirt with considerable margins for easy printing. I guess others might not have. Regardless, being specific really would have cut down on the amount of entries that had to be dropped and would have saved you and everyone entering a lot of time. People certainly wouldn't be complaining as much that their design didn't make the cut and there'd be no need for these "politics."
