I don't know if this can be posted here but the admin can post it elsewhere if need be.

I have ordered some rear lens caps from this big store and believe it or not I received body caps.

I soon contacted them asking what can be done about it, which is a polite way of addressing the problem.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN DEIGN ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIVING THE MESSAGE.

I won't ever do business with this store. It is a question of principles, $C10.81 is not much and I can use the body caps but, they could have been polite and answered my message.

I apologize if this bothers some people but I had to relieve myself.

You've jumped to at least one conclusion. Perhaps they did not get the message. It (doesn't) happen from time to time. I ordered once from them with no issues.
