Anyone heard anything about how Cebu and other areas have fared from Haiyan? I have a colleague in the Philippines (we're still trying to locate him) who said in his last e-mail that Cebu had taken a very bad hit in the storm. I've seen the pictures coming from the islands lately and, wow, it's worse than Katrina by orders of magnitude (I worked for an emergency response company during Katrina and had to select photos for release in reports, and I got to see a LOT of the first response photos from NOLA.)

That explains why I couldn't find it -- it was in a camera-specific forum, not a general forum.
