Video software for time-lapse?

For those of you doing time-lapse photography, what software are you using to sequence each shot as 1 frame at whatever standard you're using?

Looking for something not terribly expensive, but well-featured.

I know premier can do it ( pricey, but adobe ) - I'm not just hip to paying that much.
I hear quicktime can do it?
Does ULead?

My copy of ulead video studio is a few versions old. However it COULD handle image sequences. IIRC you provided a text list of them, soyou could even do stuff like generate a 30fps video making each frame last as long as you like.

From their website it still looks like they support image sequences, but it might be all wizrds now rather than text files.
