I too thought the script was a little weak for Doctor Who fans but to see the 4th Doctor again well it doesn't get any better than that!! I grew up on Doctor Who! I have to admit that I really don't like Matt Smith but David Tennant now there was a good Doctor!

I enjoy Rowan Atkinson as Mr Bean and Johnny English. Maybe I need to try to find Doctor Who

Watch the video I linked. It was only part of the series. You should find them on YouTube.

Have you seen Atkinson in BlackAdder? If you've not seen the series, you'll find Hugh Laurie (not playing House!) in it, too.

The second and fourth series are the best, though the third series had it's moments. There was also a Christmas special.

I'll admit to not being a Dr. Who fan, but my daughter is... imagine the expression on her face when we turned down a street in New York a few weeks ago and saw this...

I think I've liked all the female companions.
Does John Barrowman count or not then ? ;P

Rowan Atkinson though, what a legend.
Thanks for the memories!

Looking forward to the new series now. Couldn't get into the last one.

My favorite Doctors in Order.......

4th - Tom Baker
6th - Colin Baker (yes the scripts did stink)
11th - Matt Smith *sniff* I'll miss that ragedy man
10th - David Tennant *al-osny*
3rd - John Pertwee "reverse the polarity of the neutron flow"
9th - Christoper Eccleston (should have stayed for another season)

Absaeffinlutely! John Barrowman is one of only three gay men that I have ever openly admitted to crushing on. The other two are Adam Lambert and Alan Cumming though actually he's bi, though it looks like the pendulum has permanently swung THAT way as he says. Not sure about Lambert. I figured he was 100% gay, and I think he still mostly is, but total shocker, he's been experimenting with a WOMAN lately. Normally I diligently avoid lusting after men that are gay. I love my gay buddies, some of whom happen to be guys, but I'm just so not the fag hag type. But John Barrowman, he's so gorgeous, and effin funny and effin adorable I cannot hardly help myself, plus he's got some serious pipes. He got me with those. I'd have still liked his looks if he'd been born tone deaf but I admittedly do love me a handsome, funny man who can sing like an angel. It's a major weakness and my hormones don't seem to care that he's gay or married. He is hands down my favorite Companion. I like others but Jack is well, Dashing Captain JACK!!!! <3 <3 <3

This be the song that got me swooning over Barrowman. It's from the DeLovely bio. He's so mooning over Kevin Kline as Cole Porter here but man this is so NICE. I actually love Cole Porter just in general but this is such a nice version of this song...

I like the show, but for some reason the very first thing that popped into my head when I saw that promo pic was the evil magician in the original "Frosty the Snowman".
