I got a K5ii from B&H on their Black Friday sale. Now I have a K-7 and the K-5ii.
I shot a friends wedding just before Christmas so it was perfect to have the two cameras and be able to use high ISO (1600 very comfortably).
Here's a few photos of the bride and groom getting ready before the ceremony Úna and Tony wedding in Cork, 2013. Bride and Groom getting readyPatrick Dinneen Photography

Next a flash maybe. Although I've manged without one so far but there's certain situations where it'd help I'm sure.

Can great and wicked be used in the same sentence concerning a hangover?

I've been lucky:

Second battery for K-3
pack of Cokin gel filters
Sketching light by Joe McNally (fantastic book!)
A heavy-duty light stand with boom, counterweight, wheels, the full thing

and a gift card at work that will be used to purchase a nice softbox, case for the boom, and a few odds and ends.

Now that's a great start for the New Year! Good Luck!

I got a cold. The worst cold I've ever had. One of those where you cough so hard you think your ribs are broken. All of them. In several places

My wife gave it to me. She had it first, so it wasn't even new.

Almost better now

Richard.

What did the letter say: "thank you for helping our profit"?
