I just saw this video and I get the feeling that Pentax could have said the the exact same things about restructuring and retooling their mindset. Customized paint colors to match your fashion sense. Is this the next generation of electronics in general? Or is it just to pull in an untapped market? I would say Beats headphones did it successfully by marketing heavily. I'm not sure if Pentax/Ricoh and Motorola would put enough money into marketing and filling celebrity gift boxes to show that it's "cool".
