False advert on eBay (not that bad. still)

To be fair, I know, the description is of a 1.7 and the other images clearly show a 1.7, including the front of the lens. The use of the other pic is not ok, the response is shifty at best, and the overall feel is slimey IMHO but it's slim at best and eBay won't go after him.
