certified cheque: 6.50

typical postage, 0.51-0.95 cents

typical fees for credit card transations if you are a retailer: 2.5~3.5% (less if you become a member of the canadian chamber of commerce)


i think for the average transaction the fees are very reasonable for the level of convenience offered.
