Matt McGloin has always been told, "You can't do it." and "You'll never make it." He was a walk-on at Penn State and went on to set all kinds of records after Joe Paterno selected him as his starting QB. He was passed up in the NFL draft. He was an un-drafted, free agent walk-on for the Oakland Raiders and now, he's the back-up to Derek Carr, the Raiders franchise QB! You've gotta' love this kid's scrappiness and never-say-die attitude!
