Oh, no, don't erase the history, you must take prints pictures with your new camera.

But with my nose prints, I could hardly see outside, and I don't want to miss the truck!

A few years I sold an F 1.7x TC to a fellow in British Columbia. Well, it went on quite a voyage. It eventually got to BC but by way of that other Columbia. Yep, the one in South America. Go figure.

Three years ago in late May I was remodeling my bathroom, a major tear-out and a total wreck of the house during the process. It was already very hot and steamy and nerves were on edge from the in/out gathering of parts and tools.

On a Thurs morn my central A/C stopped dead. I called my A/C man and it was the special electronic blower motor. He didn't have one and not a clue on where to get one. I searched frantically on the internet and after over a dozen calls I found one in Florida. Had it shipped UPS 2nd day delivery.
We suffered through the night on Thurs and Friday, couldn't sleep and dripped sweat. Would have gone to a motel, but it will be here Sat morning!

Sat came....I had tracked it to Mesquite Tx .....it was just down the road on Fri night. Sat at noon...still no sign of it? I called UPS....after two hours of searching they told me it was lost but they would find it within 14 days.

Went back to searching for a motor...found one in Oklahoma...finally...on Sunday evening. Ordered it on Mon morning. Went with FedX overnight and got it Tues morning early. Had cold air by noon.

The old one was found about a week later and I refused delivery.

Sometimes bad things happen. I trust the K3 will not have such a disastrous trip!

Regards!

The K3 arrived safely and on time! Charging the battery so I can go play! Nice little flash that was included free. The also free 50 F1.8 lens is on backorder so don't know when it will arrive.

Put the LCD protectors on. I'm surprised at the size; pleasantly may I add! I thought it would be a big, heavy, hulking body, and it's actually a little smaller my K10D, fits my hands very nicely!

Can't wait to start taking some photos. It will take me years to learn everything about all the bells & whistles on this baby!

Tom, thank YOU! I'm so excited to start using it; it's agony waiting for the battery to charge!

You'll love the K-3 but have nostalgia for the K10D.
