Then buy Italian if you think that's what you need.
Double boiler is good if you need to make coffee for more than 2 people all the time, imo.
I felt ones that double boiler would be a good idea, and it was when I've been making latte for 5 people at the same time.

p.s. If you decide to go for Italian brand, check service centers for it, and read customer reviews carefully. I read before that for some issues it was a pain to fix or replace broken machines.
