My Christmas gift from self! backshell protective case for my backup camera

Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Always trying to explore ways giving it the same level of treatment as my dear Pentax K-r. Getting a 50 mm lens will be great too as a second gift from 'Pentaxforums'. (The photograph itself was taken using Note 5)

My self-inflicted Christmas gift was hitting Explore on Flickr, which after almost a decade punched me over the million view mark over there for my flickrstream.

It was kind of a nifty coming together of sorts with the timing (hitting explore and hitting 1,000,000 views on Christmas Day...).

I usually try to take a "Christmas card" type of shot but timing and weather for me misbehaved.

I made this with a manual Chinon lens. Not bad, but maybe an AF 50mm could be better

Got a new-to-me Pentax FA* 24mm f/2 - just what I wanted, but the 50mm would be great too! Season's greetings to Pentaxians everywhere!

Gifted myself a DA 15mm F4 Limited, but a nice fast 50 1.8 would be a worthy addition to the collection. Thanks for the chance and Happy New Year!

So little snow on Christmas day at so many places. Out here, we had lot's of snow .

No...I'm not bragging.

I broke my snowblower auger drive belt and then threw out my arm, when I was reduced to shoveling.
