Bigelow Earl Grey or Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime, depending on the time of day. :-) No sugar or milk, but I may do honey and lemon if I have a cough or congestion.

My favourite right now is mango flavored tea. But almost any black tea will do as long as it's "real" tea of good quality - I'm no fan of tea bags. Brewed for 4 minutes (shorter of it's fine grained). No sugar or milk.

Ali Shan high mountain green, from single estates, especially the small estates that only sell at the estate to registered buyers.

The oolong from the same sources is a close second.

Either Yamamotoyama's Green Tea with Roasted Brown Rice or Earl Grey. Often when I make a pot of tea I use a bag of each; the green tea somehow makes the Earl Grey less bitter this way.

Sainsburys Assam Loose Tea, brewed in a brown betty and strained as it is poured into the cup. It is so flavorful that I drink it plain, no milk, no sugar. My English friends will tuck a few packages of this into my company's shipments to Las Vegas.

Genmaicha for green, then a good Irish Breakfast for black. Hard to limit, though.... For easy availability, Typhoo is great.

Assam black from Simpson and Vail Ct.

About the best black tea I ever had was in a tiny specialty shop in Fukuoka.

I don't like the milky tea they have in India. One time in a big hotel in Pune I asked for a pot of black tea and they brought out a pot of lukewarm water and a tea bag, USA style!
