Only do cold brew now. Try it. Coffee/water 1:4 for 14 hours then strain, I do it through Melita filters. Then mix about 1:3 with water and heat up in microwave. I make a batch a couple of times a week, and refrigerate it. For standard, Aeropress is good.

$17 Mr. Coffee that I've had for 4+ years. Works great - no reason to change.

My favorite machine Krups EA 82
Superauto expresso
But after 1,5 years slowly down
When I need extra strong coffee
Use my older style Turkish coffee set
And box with hot sand

Yeah, easy
Ones I've been thinking seriously about Pavoni, then realistically imagined myself, morning zombi, adjusting the machine, burning myself and screaming...
I would be rich, it would be my afternoon coffee machine.

I don't know your wife... why is she particularly good at making coffee?

Really who told you that one? and you believed them.
