Electrical runs out of go, you call for help, they come with a tow truck after which you wait how long for a charge? And how much does it cost compared to delivery of a gallon of gasoline?
My next vehicle will probably be a hybrid, probably one made by Toyota because they have long experience and proven reliability. But all electric? Sorry I'm old fashioned, but I would not trust one for anything but local driving where I know the distances and the locations of charging stations,. A handful of public plug-in points are now available, none of them especially convenient to where we shop.or go out to eat, so it is not possible to top-up batteries while doing one of those common away-from-home activities unless you're willing to walk a mile or more to work up an appetite, and the same after eating to walk off the meal.
